Patient Reviews
- I'm a new patient there, and they were so welcoming. I would definitely, recommend going there, if you are looking for a new dentist. Everyone there is so friendly, so comfortable. The atmosphere makes me feel like I'm home. The staff there is so nice and understanding about anything, and will try there best to help you with anything. They are all so funny too, they make you feel like you've always been a patient there.
- Going to the dentist is not the most pleasurable experience, but Imagine Dental staff make sure you are comfortable. The reception staff is very considerate and helpful, the hygienists are very good (believe me I've been to several dental offices where they either destroy your gums completely, or leave all the gunk sitting on your teeth like you didn't even get cleaning). You get your money's worth when you go to Imagine Dental.
- I had great experience at the dental office. Cara and Jas know what they are doing and work great as a team. The clinic cares deeply about the patients dental health since they put extra effort to educate the patients. They take there time and ensure that they do a good job. Highly recommend going to see Jas for dental hygiene needs and the office for any of your dental services.
- The staff at imagine dental have been accommodating and gentle as I've gone through the braces experience. I can say with no hesitation that my treatment by them has been life changing and I will most certainly recommend their services. Thank you Dr. Charkandeh and Dr. Seerah for your vision and your outstanding team!
-
What an awesome clinic! Has to be the top office in the city. Front end staff are fantastic and the dentists are top notch.
-
Very clean and comfortable environment. I found the staff to be very professional and polite, I would definitely recommend this dental office to friends and family.
- I had a great experience! The staff is really nice. The front desk is really organized. Cara creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter the office. Jas the dental hygienist made sure I was comfortable, and well informed about my dental health.
Meet Core Dental Group
I grew up in Englefeld, Saskatchewan, a modest town of hard-working country folk, located squarely in the middle of nowhere. After completion of highschool and some time in the work force I decided to return to school and began my studies at the University of Alberta, first completing a Bachelor of Medical Science and later the Doctor of Dental Surgery program. During my training as a General Dentist I also conducted or assisted in various research projects with the radiology division, publishing papers regarding cavity detection using xray imaging and strategies to reduce radiation exposure to patients.
After completing my degrees I realized I had fallen in love with Edmonton and have practiced dentistry here ever since. I am now practicing at the Griesbach and Downtown CORE locations, and am looking forward to helping Edmontonians smile a little brighter for many years to come!

My name is Michael and I’ve been a part of the CORE Dental Group working at Brintnell Dental since June 2015. I grew up in Hamilton, Ontario. I completed my schooling in Ontario as well. During university, I spent a summer vacation working at the Banff Springs Golf Course. Growing up I spent a lot of time outdoors, and after a summer in the Rockies, I knew when I finished my degree I wanted to come back to Alberta.
During my undergraduate degree, I knew I wanted to go into healthcare. I was torn between medicine and dentistry. A group of dentists that my grandpa used to guide at a remote fly-in fishing lodge in Northern Ontario found out I was thinking of going into dentistry and let me shadow them in their offices. Spending time with them convinced me that dentistry was the right fit for me. I’m glad I made that choice as I love being able to come into the office and make an impact on the oral health of my patients through education. I strive to take the time to explain everything to my patients and answer any questions they have about their mouths. I also love meeting new patients and developing long-term relationships with them. I’ve enjoyed every minute of being a dentist and want to continue to improve my knowledge and skills.
I worked in a couple of offices before Brintnell and can honestly say Brintnell has the best team environment I’ve worked in. Everyone helps to make sure each patient gets the best treatment while having the best experience possible.
During my time off you’ll find me skiing, hiking or camping in the Rockies. I fished bass tournaments with my father growing up in Ontario, so I am hoping to convert to a trout fisherman now that I’m in Alberta. I also play many sports and am hoping to get back into triathlons in the next couple of years. Recently, I took advantage of Edmonton’s great winter weather to learn how to curl and cross country ski.
Travel and food are passions for me. I’ve traveled and consumed the local delicacies in 25 countries in Europe, Central America, and Southeast Asia. South America is next for me, as an avid scuba diver my ultimate bucket list item is diving the Galapagos islands.

“Let your smile change the world, but don’t let the world change your smile” Hi! My name is Aman. I’ve been with Brintnell Dental since the very beginning in Late 2014 and with the wonderful people at CORE Dental Group for 2 years now. I was born and raised in North Edmonton and proudly had the opportunity to complete both my medical science and dental degrees at the University of Alberta. My favorite thing about working at Brintnell Dental is interacting with everyone from the community I was raised in. It is so great not only seeing familiar faces but meeting new ones and learning about how our paths have crossed in the past, or about our experiences in the area. I also love working with the great team we have here, it is an absolute pleasure going in everyday! I have always liked working with my hands. Whether it was fixing cars at a young age or doing any kind of renovations I could, I was always getting my hands dirty. While in school, I knew I wanted to be in healthcare and genuinely make an impact but also didn’t want to lose what I grew up loving. Dentistry has been the perfect balance, allowing me to help patients achieve their dental goals and the creating the smiles they deserve while still getting to use the skills I’ve developed. Outside of work, I still love working on cars when I have time. As an avid oilers fan (unfortunately at times), I enjoy watching games with my friends and family. I play a few different sports casually but my passion lies in ball hockey, which I try to play as often as I can. I hope in the future to spend more time traveling outside of Canada. I would love to travel throughout Europe or do a road trip down the west coast down to LA. Next on my list though is Chicago. As a huge music fan, I cannot wait to experience the culture and music scene down there.
