Hello my name is Sheena and I am currently a student to become a Holistic Nutritional Consultant. I love working with Core Dental Group because they support my studies and also the team is fun! I love to volunteer with my sister Linsay Willier and her business partner Grace Dove as they travel across Canada working with youth to inspire and motivate them to chase their dreams. I think it is important to be joyful and having fun is a part of the Core Dental culture, which I appreciate!

Merissa is originally from Grand Forks, BC but moved to Edmonton for her family with her amazing boyfriend 4 years ago. Merissa is Dr. Mijatovic’s main dental assistant at Core Dental Downtown however, you can find her up front greeting patients as a receptionist. Merissa’s favorite part about working in dentistry is being able help people and her personality is always lifting the spirits of the patients. Merissa is always cheerful and her laughter fills the office. She believes in a healthy lifestyle and a fun work environment. Outside of work Merissa likes to travel, practice yoga, play the violin and spend time with her friends and family.

Hello, my name is Jenna. I am an administrator at Core Dental Windermere, and I also create posts for all of our social media outlets. I am a people person who enjoys getting to know patients and our team. I love the opportunity to learn and Core Dental Group is a great place to do it! I find dentistry very exciting and love how technology is constantly changing. I love educating our patients and creating a personal bond with them through our social media. In my free time, I love traveling, watching baseball, and coaching acrobatics.

Dr. Mijatovic graduated in 2002 with honours in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and is happy to provide care in both English and Portuguese. Dr. Mijatovic believes that good oral health is essential to your genuine well-being and happiness. Her passion and dedication are to provide you with the best oral health possible. In order to provide you with the latter, she will continue her love of learning and stay updated on all technical advances.

Dr. Mijatovic values family and community and strives to make positive life choices. Dr. Mijatovic is married to a wonderful husband and a mother to an amazing daughter. In her free time, Dr. Mijatovic enjoys reading, swimming, running, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
